Really fast food.
During the week that I was away it seems that an entirely new KFC was built and opened for business. Just how fast can these people put one of these damn things up?!
For some reason, I find that a little scary. Well, maybe it’s because I dislike KFC. Why couldn’t they have opened a place that I’d actually consider visiting?

I don’t know if you have Checkers down there. They seem to only have them within the Phila. city limits up here, but they build them real fast cause the buildings come prebuilt, on a truck! Maybe it’s the same with KFC!

There’s actually one on the same block as my house. Wasn’t here to see that one go up, but from the look of the place, I can imagine it being brought in by truck or helicopter or something. Drop the thing down and be ready for business within the day.
Can’t remember the last time I ate at Checkers, though they always had some tasty fries.
